On Dec. 19th, 1851, Elizabeth Jenkins Foxall became the plural wife of James Palmer, a t Salt Lake City, Utah. The marriage was performed by Pres. Brighani Young and later solemnized in the Endowment House. This was done just prior to my taking off for a mission to England in April, 1856. Elizabeth is the daughter of James and Mary Jenkins Foxall, born Jan. 6th, 1833, a t Herefordshire, England. A list of her children follows:
