Dale Stevens Brown Jr. passed away June 20, 2008, in Salt Lake City, Utah.Born Jan. 12, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Dale Stevens Brown and Chrystal Dastrup Brown. Married Karen Elizabeth Greenhalgh on June 21, 1963, in Salt Lake City Utah.

Survived by wife, Karen Elizabeth Greenhalgh and daughters, Stephanie Hull, Catherine Stevens, Amy Jefferies, and Rachel Fluhrer. Dale is also survived by four sons-in-law, Michael, Matthew, Renan, Trent and eleven grandchildren, Zachary, Alexis, Kaitlin, Bradley, Parker, Zoe, Ezra, Elizabeth Anne, Samuel, Izabella, and Carson. Dale is also survived by his brothers, David Brown and Doug Brown and sister Sherlyn Marks.

There will be a viewing at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E South Temple, Salt Lake City on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wed., June 25, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the Ensign 20th Ward Chapel, 107 North G Street, Salt Lake City. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services. Our husband and father was known by many for the unconditional and quiet service he rendered for others. He was a kind and selfless person, Christ-like in many ways. Dale was known as a master gardener which brought peace and joy to many. He coped with difficult times with his unique sense of humor. Dale's strong faith in Christ endured to the end.
